Save the original MP4
Open your videos with the account used to generate. Play the completed result, then choose Download video. Completed downloads are available for seven days. Save the file to your device before that window ends; history is not permanent video storage.
Sharing from a phone
Use Share video when your browser supports file sharing. Otherwise download the MP4 and open your social app to select it from Files, Downloads or your media library. Some phones save a browser download to Files before you can add it to Photos.
Add music with permission
Your preview and downloaded MP4 include background music. When posting, follow your platform’s music usage rules; you can also choose a track from its licensed library. Label AI-generated media as the platform requires.
Output and expectations
The target is a roughly seven-second vertical video in the 480p tier. Our sample is 496 × 864 at 24 fps. Dimensions, facial likeness, fingers and arm proportions can vary. Review the real example before purchasing.
If a file is missing
Check that you used the same account, that the task finished and that seven days have not elapsed. An expired result may require a new generation; contact support with the original task ID before starting again. See troubleshooting.
