Security check will not complete
A security check is required for email sign-in and generation. The payment dialog checks readiness before opening checkout. If the widget shows an error, try its retry button once, then a current browser or a different network. Contact support with the displayed error code if it continues. Do not pay while security verification is failing. Google sign-in uses a separate login flow, but generation still needs the check.
Payment was cancelled or the browser closed
Return to the creator with the same Google account or verified email. Your selected photo stays in this browser while you check out. An unfinished order offers Continue existing checkout; use that instead of creating a second purchase. Photos kept only on one device do not automatically appear on another.
Payment was made but the balance is pending
Open your billing page and keep the full order ID. A browser return does not grant credits: the payment service must confirm the payment. Do not pay again to resolve a delayed confirmation. Email support if the order remains unresolved.
My video is taking a while
Our verified sample took about seven minutes; this is an example, not a time guarantee. Your videos shows the existing task and updates its progress. Keep the task ID. Closing a tab does not cancel processing, and starting a new task may use more credits.
Failed versus still being checked
A confirmed technical failure releases the reserved credits. A task under review has an uncertain provider result, so it is checked without automatically sending another paid generation. Credit release is different from a card refund; contact support about a billing issue.
