Requesting a payment review
Contact support@bicepheartai.com with your order ID, purchase date, sign-in method and a short explanation. Never send a password, verification code or full card number. We review the original payment and credit usage before deciding the appropriate action. This page explains the existing review process; it does not promise an automatic refund or introduce a fixed refund deadline. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Unused, reserved and consumed credits
Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Buying a pack does not start generation. If you have unused credits and want a payment review, contact support before starting another video so that the original payment and remaining credits can be assessed. Credits reserved by a running or uncertain task remain attached to that task while it is checked. A delivered video consumes its reserved credits; a different artistic preference or a changed likeness does not automatically establish a technical failure or a card refund.
Technical failure and uncertain tasks
A confirmed technical generation failure releases reserved credits. That release returns credits for use in your account; it is separate from returning money to your payment card. When a provider submission or payment response is uncertain, we keep the original record under review rather than blindly submitting again. A browser timeout, closing checkout or returning to the site does not prove that a payment failed, was canceled or was refunded.
Duplicate or unrecognized payments
If a payment appears duplicated or you cannot locate the credits, find your original order before paying again. Use the same Google account or verified email used for the purchase. A different receipt email does not change order ownership. Include the relevant order references when contacting support. Do not send full financial credentials.
Confirmed refunds
Only a confirmed payment-provider refund establishes that funds were refunded. It can remove a proportional amount of unused credits linked to that payment. Credits already reserved or consumed need separate review; the amount and outcome depend on the original payment, usage and applicable law. Any bank processing time follows the payment provider and your bank; we do not infer a refund from a pending status.
